Our Crenshaw security system is one year-old, and we could not be happier! What we really love most about it is that it is so easy to use. I know that was Charlie’s goal when he set the system up. Because so many of my friends do not set their complex and unreliable security systems, I lived here eighteen years without one. I will urge them to call you!

The other feature I love is that I have multiple remote controllers. My daughter and I each keep one in our cars, and I have one on my nightstand. Consequently, there is never an excuse for our house to be unprotected. We arm our system!

I used your service to inquire about a Home Security Service. I was contacted immediately!! Charlie Crenshaw, with Crenshaw Alarm, contacted me via e-mail. Since I am constantly scheduling meetings, on the phone, or with associates in my office, it is so very hard to receive personal phone calls during the day, so receiving the email from Charlie was like a blessing in disguise. I was able to call Charlie when I had a moment that very day and schedule an appointment that very week!! Charlie called me the day of our appointment to confirm and upon meeting with him, I felt as though I had known him for years. He is very professional, and a genuinely warm and caring person. I knew right away I was going to choose his company as soon as my boyfriend and I agreed on the timing of install.
